Hulu is seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Social Media & Administrative Assistant (Part-Time) to support our marketing and operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital media, social platforms, and behind-the-scenes coordination. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing day-to-day social media activities while also providing essential administrative support to ensure smooth internal operations.

Assist in managing and scheduling content across social media platforms such as Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and escalate inquiries when required
Support content creation by coordinating captions, hashtags, visuals, and basic copywriting
Track social media performance metrics and prepare simple reports and insights
Provide general administrative support including email management, calendar coordination, and document preparation
Maintain organized digital files, reports, and internal records
Assist with coordination of meetings, virtual events, and internal communications
Support cross-functional teams with ad-hoc administrative and marketing tasks as needed
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Basic knowledge of social media scheduling and analytics tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Email)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid environment
0–2 years of experience in social media support, administrative assistance, or a related role
Internship, freelance, or part-time experience in digital marketing or office administration is an advantage
Experience working with media, entertainment, or consumer brands is a plus but not mandatory
Part-time role, approximately 15–25 hours per week
Flexible scheduling with agreed-upon availability during standard business hours
Remote or hybrid work options may be available depending on location and team needs
Understanding of social media engagement best practices
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication style
Basic analytical skills to interpret engagement and performance data
Willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and processes quickly
