Provide administrative and clerical support to startup teams and department leaders.
Manage daily office operations including filing, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating calendars.
Handle internal and external communications such as emails, calls, and correspondence.
Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as required.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and basic spreadsheets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and operational procedures.
Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
0–2 years of experience in an office assistant, administrative, or support role.
Fresh graduates with strong administrative skills and internship exposure are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in startup or corporate environments is an added advantage.
