Key Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding processes for new hires, including documentation and orientation coordination.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, confidentiality standards, and operational procedures.

  • Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Good organizational and time-management abilities.

Experience

  • 0–2 years of experience in an office assistant, administrative, or support role.

Working Hours
