Delta Air Lines is seeking a highly organized and analytical Senior Administrative Assistant – Operations & Analytics to provide advanced administrative, operational, and data-driven support to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate reporting, and effective coordination across departments. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing complex responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality.
Provide senior-level administrative support to Operations and Analytics leadership teams.
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and handle expense reports.
Prepare, review, and maintain operational reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytics summaries.
Support data collection, validation, and analysis to assist in operational decision-making.
Act as a key liaison between internal teams, leadership, and external stakeholders.
Organize and maintain records, files, and documentation in compliance with company policies.
Assist in project coordination, tracking milestones, and following up on action items.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
Identify process improvement opportunities and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook); advanced Excel skills preferred.
Ability to interpret data, create reports, and support analytics-driven insights.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a senior administrative, executive support, or operations support role.
Prior experience supporting operations, analytics, or leadership teams in a corporate environment preferred.
Experience within aviation, transportation, or large matrixed organizations is an advantage.
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
Standard business hours with flexibility based on operational needs.
Occasional extended hours may be required to support business priorities.
Strong understanding of administrative best practices and operational workflows.
Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
