JetBlue is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equity Research Administrative Assistant to support our Equity Research and Finance teams in a hybrid work environment. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of research activities, data management, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will combine strong administrative expertise with an interest in financial markets, equity research, and corporate analysis, contributing to informed decision-making within the organization.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Equity Research and Finance teams.
Assist in preparing, formatting, and distributing equity research reports, presentations, and financial models.
Maintain and organize research databases, financial documents, and confidential records.
Coordinate meetings, investor calls, and internal reviews, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
Support data collection, tracking of market trends, and compilation of industry and competitor information.
Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely information flow.
Manage correspondence, travel arrangements, and expense reporting for senior research staff.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, data accuracy, and confidentiality standards.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with financial tools and databases is an advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
1–3 years of experience in an administrative, finance support, research assistant, or corporate office role.
Prior exposure to equity research, investment analysis, financial services, or corporate finance is preferred but not mandatory.
Experience working in a hybrid or fast-paced professional environment is an advantage.
Full-time position with standard business hours.
Hybrid work model combining on-site and remote work, subject to team and business requirements.
Flexibility may be required during reporting cycles or peak business periods.
Basic understanding of financial markets, equity research concepts, and corporate reporting.
Strong time-management and prioritization skills.
