Hulu is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator – Wealth Management to support executive leadership and advisory teams within a fast-paced, high-performance financial environment. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at managing office operations, handling confidential financial information, and ensuring seamless administrative support. The successful candidate will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service standards while working closely with senior stakeholders.
Manage day-to-day administrative operations for the wealth management office.
Provide high-level administrative support to senior managers, advisors, and executives.
Coordinate calendars, meetings, travel arrangements, and confidential correspondence.
Prepare, format, and maintain financial documents, reports, and client records.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and high-net-worth clients.
Oversee office supplies, vendor contracts, and administrative budgets.
Support onboarding of new team members and assist with internal process improvements.
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical) and ensure data integrity.
Assist with special projects, audits, and executive initiatives as required.
Strong administrative and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management tools.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential financial information with discretion.
Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and client-handling skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively.
Minimum 3–6 years of experience in an administrative, executive assistant, or office management role.
Prior experience in wealth management, financial services, banking, investment firms, or corporate environments is highly preferred.
Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams is a strong advantage.
Full-time position, typically Monday to Friday.
Standard business hours with flexibility as required to support executive schedules.
Occasional extended hours may be needed during peak periods or special projects.
Strong understanding of office administration and corporate operations.
Basic knowledge of financial services, investment documentation, and compliance processes.
