Job Summary

The Pro Account Sales Associate at Home Depot plays a vital role in supporting professional customers, including contractors, builders, remodelers, and business owners. This position is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, building long-term relationships with Pro customers, and driving sales growth through tailored solutions and product expertise. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, sales-driven, and knowledgeable about construction, building materials, and home improvement products.


Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Pro customers, ensuring a high level of personalized service

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new Pro accounts

  • Understand customer business needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and solutions

  • Drive sales by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

  • Prepare quotes, manage orders, and follow up to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with store leadership and Pro Desk team to achieve sales targets

  • Maintain accurate customer records and account details

  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and industry trends

  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
