Home Depot is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandising Execution Associate (MEA) to join our team. As an MEA, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our stores are visually appealing, well-stocked, and organized to deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will work closely with the merchandising and store operations teams to execute product placement, signage, and inventory strategies that drive sales and enhance the Home Depot brand. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic retail environment and enjoy hands-on work that directly impacts store performance.
Execute merchandising plans and maintain product displays according to Home Depot standards.
Receive, stock, and organize merchandise accurately and efficiently.
Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and replenished on shelves.
Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies or low stock to management.
Set up promotional displays and ensure seasonal layouts are properly executed.
Assist in the execution of planograms and store resets as directed by the merchandising team.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
Support the store team in meeting operational goals and providing an excellent customer experience.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise up to 50 lbs safely.
Basic understanding of retail merchandising and inventory management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency with handheld devices and inventory management software is a plus.
Prior retail or merchandising experience is preferred but not required.
Experience in stocking, inventory management, or customer service is highly valued.
Full-time position with flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Typical shifts may range from 8–10 hours per day.
Strong work ethic with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute tasks with precision.
