American Express is seeking a customer-focused and tech-savvy Evening Shift Chat Support Representative to join our remote customer experience team. In this role, you will provide real-time assistance to customers via live chat, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional support during evening hours. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries through live chat in a timely, courteous, and professional manner

  • Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, product features, and general inquiries

  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores

  • Document all customer interactions accurately in internal systems

  • Follow established policies, procedures, and compliance guidelines
