Job Summary

Hulu is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Support team as Weekend Work-from-Home Customer Support Agents. In this role, you will serve as the voice of Hulu, assisting customers with account inquiries, streaming issues, billing questions, and general platform support. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner

• Assist customers with account setup, login issues, subscription management, and billing concerns

• Troubleshoot basic technical and streaming-related issues across devices

• Educate customers on Hulu features, plans, and services to enhance their viewing experience

• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems

• Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and performance metrics

• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when necessary

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with Hulus data security policies

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Strong customer service orientation with a positive and empathetic attitude

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home workspace

• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills

Experience

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or technical support is preferred

• Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• Weekend Only Position (Saturday and Sunday)

• Flexible shifts available, including morning, afternoon, and evening hours
