JetBlue is seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Remote Night Shift Customer Service Associates on a part-time basis. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, delivering exceptional service while supporting JetBlues commitment to a seamless and enjoyable travel experience. Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
Assist customers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general travel-related questions
Resolve customer concerns efficiently while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
Accurately document customer interactions and update internal systems
Follow JetBlues customer service standards, policies, and procedures
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and response time
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems
Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
Previous experience in customer service, call center support, hospitality, or travel-related roles is preferred
Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply
Experience working night shifts or in a remote role is an advantage but not mandatory
Part-time position
Night shift hours, including late evenings, overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
Flexible scheduling within defined night shift windows
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

Familiarity with CRM systems or customer support tools is a plus
