Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Associate to join our growing team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and representing a dynamic startup brand. Working exclusively on weekends, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive prompt, professional, and friendly support across multiple channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and courteous manner

  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures

  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns with empathy and efficiency

  • Escalate complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when necessary

  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system

  • Follow established customer service standards and quality guidelines

  • Contribute feedback and insights to help improve customer experience and processes


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

  • Basic computer proficiency and comfort with digital tools

Experience

  • Previous experience in customer service, call center, retail, or hospitality is preferred

  • Freshers and students with strong communication skills are welcome to apply

Working Hours

  • Part-Time: Saturday and Sunday

  • Flexible shifts within weekend business hours

  • Total hours per week will be discussed during the interview process
