Startup Inno is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Night Shift Chat Support Agent to join our growing support team. This part-time role is ideal for individuals who excel at written communication and enjoy helping customers in a fast-paced, digital environment. As a Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers via live chat during night hours, ensuring timely, accurate, and professional responses that reflect our brand values.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms
Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, and account support
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
Meet or exceed response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and support processes
Excellent written communication skills in English
Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset
Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with chat or ticketing systems
High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous experience in customer support, chat support, or virtual assistance is preferred
