Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms

  • Resolve customer issues related to products, services, billing, and account support

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

  • Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines

  • Meet or exceed response time, customer satisfaction, and productivity targets
