Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Part-Time Night Shift Customer Service Representative to join our growing remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers during overnight hours, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic support across multiple communication channels. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or phone during night shift hours

  • Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction

  • Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in internal systems

  • Follow established processes, scripts, and service-level standards

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support or relevant departments

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and company policies

  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics

  • Represent Startup Innos brand values with professionalism and courtesy at all times


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

  • Strong customer service orientation with a problem-solving mindset

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Comfortable using computers, CRM tools, and online communication platforms

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace


Experience

  • Prior experience in customer service, call center, or support roles is preferred

  • Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are encouraged to apply

  • Experience working night shifts or remote roles is an advantage but not mandatory


Working Hours

  • Part-time position

  • Night shift hours (aligned with international customer time zones)

  • Flexible scheduling within assigned overnight shifts, including weekdays and/or weekends
