Walmart is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will help streamline daily tasks, manage schedules, and support ongoing projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive virtual administrative support to assigned leaders or teams

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments

  • Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft professional responses

  • Organize digital files, documents, and records with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic research tasks

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking when required

  • Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned

  • Maintain clear communication and follow up on action items in a timely manner


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms


Experience

  • Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred

  • Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply
