Walmart is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant to provide remote administrative and operational support. As a Virtual Personal Assistant, you will help streamline daily tasks, manage schedules, and support ongoing projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Provide comprehensive virtual administrative support to assigned leaders or teams
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate virtual appointments
Handle email correspondence, prioritize messages, and draft professional responses
Organize digital files, documents, and records with accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with data entry, report preparation, and basic research tasks
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense tracking when required
Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned
Maintain clear communication and follow up on action items in a timely manner
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and platforms
Previous experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role is preferred
Entry-level candidates with strong organizational and communication skills are encouraged to apply
