Global MNC Tech is seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Part-Time Receptionist for our Dental Clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently. The Part-Time Receptionist will support the dental team by handling appointments, patient inquiries, and administrative duties with a high level of professionalism.
Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming and professional first impression.
Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously.
Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments using clinic management software.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Handle billing, insurance verification, and payment processing as needed.
Coordinate patient flow, ensuring minimal waiting times and smooth operations.
Assist in administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Support dental staff with daily operational tasks to enhance patient experience.
Respond to patient feedback and resolve minor concerns with professionalism.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting.
Proficiency in MS Office and appointment scheduling software.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
Professional phone etiquette and strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused demeanor.
Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role.
Experience in a dental clinic or medical office is highly desirable.
Part-time role: 4–6 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
Flexible scheduling options may be available to accommodate clinic operations.
Knowledge of dental terminology and clinic procedures is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal skills to interact with patients, staff, and vendors.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.
