Global MNC Tech is seeking a vigilant and experienced Part-Time Security Supervisor to oversee the safety and security operations within residential or corporate society premises. The ideal candidate will ensure a secure environment for residents, staff, and property while managing and mentoring security personnel. This role requires someone proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of responding efficiently to emergencies while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures.
Conduct routine patrols and inspections to monitor premises for potential security risks or breaches.
Maintain accurate logs and reports of incidents, visitor access, and daily security activities.
Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services if necessary.
Train and mentor security staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
Monitor surveillance systems, access control systems, and other security equipment.
Ensure proper implementation of safety measures, fire drills, and emergency evacuation procedures.
Collaborate with society management, residents, and other stakeholders to address security concerns.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in security management is preferred.
Valid security license as per local regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in handling security systems such as CCTV, alarms, and access control.
Ability to remain calm and make decisive judgments in emergency situations.
Basic computer skills for report generation and record-keeping.
Minimum 3 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in residential societies, corporate complexes, or similar environments.
Prior experience managing a team of security personnel is highly desirable.
Part-time position; flexible hours based on society requirements.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
In-depth knowledge of safety and security protocols.
Strong observational and analytical skills.
Ability to handle conflict and mediate situations effectively.
