Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Phlebotomist to join our Home Collection Services team. This role focuses on providing safe, efficient, and patient-centered blood collection services at clients residences. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate sample collection, maintain high standards of hygiene, and deliver a seamless experience for patients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct safe and professional blood collection at patients homes.

• Maintain strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and standard operating procedures.

• Accurately label, document, and transport collected samples to the laboratory.

• Provide excellent patient interaction, explaining procedures clearly and addressing concerns.

• Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly sterilized and stocked.

• Report any adverse events, incidents, or irregularities promptly.

• Collaborate with the logistics and lab teams to maintain efficient service delivery.

• Maintain records of visits and samples collected in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Certified Phlebotomy Technician or equivalent credential.

• Strong understanding of blood collection techniques and laboratory procedures.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for patient interaction.

• Detail-oriented and meticulous in documentation and labeling of samples.

• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.

• Familiarity with safety standards, hygiene protocols, and biohazard handling.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a phlebotomist in clinical, hospital, or home collection settings.

• Prior experience in mobile or home collection services is highly preferred.

Working Hours

• Part-time, flexible schedule.

• Must be available to travel to patients homes within assigned regions.

• Weekend or evening availability may be required based on patient appointments.

• Strong knowledge of human anatomy and venipuncture techniques.

• Ability to remain calm and professional during challenging or stressful situations.

• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
