Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational in e-commerce solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Cataloguing Associate to join our dynamic product management team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across multiple online platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce and data accuracy.
Accurately create, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.
Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all catalog entries.
Perform regular audits of product information to maintain data quality and completeness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure accurate and timely product launches.
Identify and report discrepancies, outdated information, or missing content for resolution.
Optimize product listings for search and discoverability on e-commerce platforms.
Assist in generating reports related to catalog performance and data integrity.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database management.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Magento) is highly desirable.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce product listings is a plus.
Prior experience in product cataloguing, data entry, or e-commerce operations is preferred.
Experience working in a remote or part-time capacity is a plus.
Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
Part-time, flexible schedule with an estimated 20–25 hours per week.
Remote work with occasional team meetings via video conferencing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
High level of accuracy and consistency in data entry and catalog maintenance.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
