Job Summary

Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational in e-commerce solutions, is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Part-Time Cataloguing Associate to join our dynamic product management team. This role focuses on maintaining accurate and up-to-date product information across multiple online platforms, ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce and data accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately create, update, and maintain product listings, including descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing.

• Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all catalog entries.

• Perform regular audits of product information to maintain data quality and completeness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, supply chain, and operations to ensure accurate and timely product launches.

• Identify and report discrepancies, outdated information, or missing content for resolution.

• Optimize product listings for search and discoverability on e-commerce platforms.

• Assist in generating reports related to catalog performance and data integrity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic database management.

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Magento) is highly desirable.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic understanding of SEO principles for e-commerce product listings is a plus.

Experience

• Prior experience in product cataloguing, data entry, or e-commerce operations is preferred.

• Experience working in a remote or part-time capacity is a plus.

• Knowledge of product information management (PIM) systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Part-time, flexible schedule with an estimated 20–25 hours per week.

• Remote work with occasional team meetings via video conferencing.
