Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Part-Time Social Media Moderator to join our digital engagement team. As a Social Media Moderator, you will ensure that our online community thrives by monitoring content, addressing inappropriate behavior, and fostering meaningful engagement. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate comments, posts, and user interactions across all company social media channels.

• Enforce community guidelines by reviewing and removing content that violates policies.

• Respond promptly to user inquiries, complaints, or feedback in a professional and courteous manner.

• Escalate sensitive issues to the social media or HR team as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and report trends or potential risks.

• Collaborate with the social media team to support campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives.

• Stay updated with platform changes, trends, and best practices for moderation and online engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).

• Ability to manage sensitive content with discretion and professionalism.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Basic understanding of social media trends, online etiquette, and community behavior.

• Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines and adhering to moderation guidelines.

Experience

• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, customer support, or content review is preferred.

• Experience with online reporting tools or moderation dashboards is a plus.

Working Hours

• Part-time role with flexible hours.

• Expected to work 15–20 hours per week, with the possibility of weekend or evening shifts based on platform activity.

• Fully remote work, with regular check-ins via online communication tools.
