Global MNC Tech is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Part-Time Events Coordinator to join our dynamic events team. Plan, coordinate, and execute weekend events, including corporate gatherings, workshops, promotional activations, and virtual events.
Liaise with vendors, venues, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of all event requirements.
Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Prepare event materials, presentations, and signage as needed.
Oversee on-site event setup, registration, and logistics to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate guest lists, invitations, and attendee communications.
Monitor and evaluate event success, providing post-event reports and actionable recommendations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during events.
Support marketing and social media teams with event promotion initiatives.
Bachelors degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, Cvent).
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to work weekends.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or hospitality roles.
Previous experience managing corporate or social events, either in-person or virtual, is highly desirable.
Part-time, primarily on weekends (Friday evenings, Saturdays, and Sundays).
Some flexibility required for pre-event planning meetings or post-event wrap-ups.
Deep understanding of event logistics, budgeting, and vendor management.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships.
Familiarity with current trends in events, experiential marketing, and audience engagement.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and promotional strategies is a plus.
