Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and proactive Part-Time Accountant with strong expertise in Tally and GST compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally ERP and ensure accurate financial entries.

  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and petty cash operations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with company policies and GST regulations.

  • Ensure timely filing of GST returns and compliance with statutory requirements.

  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

  • Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts to maintain accuracy.

  • Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting procedures and improve operational efficiency.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Tally ERP 9/Prime, GST compliance, and other accounting software.

  • Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and financial reporting requirements.

  • Ability to prepare, analyze, and interpret financial data accurately.

  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy in work.

  • Effective communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably handling GST filings and working with Tally.

  • Experience in a part-time or remote accounting role is a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Part-time: 20–25 hours per week (flexible schedule).

  • Remote or hybrid options available depending on candidate preference.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting purposes.

  • Understanding of financial compliance requirements and audit procedures.
