Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and personable Part-Time Gym Front Desk Coordinator to join our fitness center team. This role is crucial for creating a welcoming environment for our members, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about health and fitness, have excellent communication skills, and be proactive in handling administrative and member-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome members and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.

  • Handle membership check-ins, registrations, and renewals efficiently.

  • Respond promptly to member inquiries via phone, email, or in-person.

  • Maintain an organized and tidy front desk area and reception space.

  • Assist with scheduling appointments, fitness classes, and personal training sessions.

  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and handle administrative duties.

  • Monitor gym facilities for safety, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment.

  • Support the team with event coordination, promotions, and member engagement initiatives.

  • Address member concerns or escalate issues to management when necessary.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business, hospitality, or fitness management is a plus.

  • Prior experience in customer service, reception, or fitness center operations preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office, membership management software).

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

  • Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.


Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service, front desk, or gym/fitness center operations is desirable.

  • Experience handling cash, membership software, and administrative tasks is advantageous.


Working Hours

  • Part-time schedule, approximately 20–25 hours per week.

  • Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends, based on gym operational hours.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
