Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking highly motivated and results-driven Part-Time Tele-callers to join our real estate sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills who are passionate about real estate and enjoy connecting with clients. As a Tele-caller, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our real estate portfolio through effective phone-based communication.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound and inbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate properties.

  • Generate and qualify leads by understanding client requirements and presenting suitable property options.

  • Maintain a database of leads, track interactions, and follow up consistently.

  • Assist the sales team in scheduling site visits and meetings with prospective clients.

  • Provide accurate information about property details, pricing, and financing options.

  • Achieve weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold the companys brand image in all client interactions.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic understanding of the real estate market is an advantage.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.

  • Ability to handle objections and close calls effectively.

  • Positive attitude, persuasive, and target-oriented mindset.


Experience:

  • 0–2 years of experience in tele-calling, customer service, or sales.

  • Experience in real estate sales or lead generation is a plus but not mandatory.


Working Hours:

  • Part-time role with flexible hours.

  • Typically 4–6 hours per day; schedule may be customized based on availability and peak call times.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
