Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our café team as Part-Time Baristas / Service Crew. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service, craft high-quality beverages, and create a welcoming environment for our customers. This position is ideal for those passionate about hospitality, teamwork, and providing memorable customer experiences while working in a dynamic, fast-paced café environment.
Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, to meet company quality standards.
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing recommendations when needed.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including workstations, equipment, and dining areas.
Handle cash and electronic payments responsibly and accurately.
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting shortages.
Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations consistently.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth café operations during all shifts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and café operations is a plus.
Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

Part-time shifts with flexible scheduling to accommodate studies, personal commitments, or other jobs.
Typical shifts range between 4–6 hours per day, including weekends and holidays.

Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift café supplies when necessary.
