Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Part-Time Lab Technician to join our Diagnostic Center team. The ideal candidate will perform laboratory tests and procedures with precision, ensuring accurate and timely results that support patient care. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of laboratory safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests accurately and efficiently, following standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Prepare, process, and analyze clinical specimens such as blood, urine, and tissue samples.

• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment and instruments.

• Record and report test results clearly, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

• Ensure compliance with laboratory safety guidelines and quality control protocols.

• Manage inventory of laboratory supplies and reagents, and coordinate reordering as needed.

• Assist senior lab staff in research and diagnostic projects when required.

• Support the implementation of new diagnostic techniques or laboratory procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or a related field.

• Certification or registration with a recognized laboratory authority is an advantage.

• Proficient in handling laboratory instruments and diagnostic equipment.

• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety, hygiene, and infection control protocols.

• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience as a Lab Technician in a clinical or diagnostic setting.

• Experience with automated laboratory equipment is preferred.

Working Hours

• Part-time schedule (flexible shifts available).

• Weekend or evening shifts may be required based on operational needs.
