Global MNC Tech is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Part-Time WhatsApp Customer Support Executive to join our dynamic support team. In this role, you will manage customer interactions through WhatsApp, ensuring timely, accurate, and empathetic responses. Respond promptly to customer queries and concerns via WhatsApp.
Provide accurate product, service, and policy information to customers.
Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic tone in all interactions.
Document and track customer issues, feedback, and resolutions in the system.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex queries.
Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest process improvements.
Ensure adherence to company guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Excellent written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle customers professionally.
Familiarity with WhatsApp Business or similar messaging platforms.
Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
Previous experience in customer support, call center, or digital communication roles is preferred.
Experience with WhatsApp or social media customer engagement is a plus.
Part-time role with flexible working hours.
