Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive online tutoring sessions to students of various levels.

• Develop and refine learning materials, assignments, and assessments in your subject area.

• Evaluate student progress and provide timely, constructive feedback.

• Mentor students, addressing individual learning needs and helping them achieve academic goals.

• Collaborate with other Subject Matter Experts and the instructional design team to enhance course content.

• Participate in regular training sessions and stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and educational technologies.

• Ensure all tutoring sessions meet company quality standards and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in the relevant subject area (PhD preferred for specialized subjects).

• Proven expertise in the subject you will teach.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for online instruction.

• Familiarity with e-learning tools and online collaboration platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or LMS platforms).

• Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple students and schedules effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the relevant subject area or teaching experience.

• Previous online teaching or tutoring experience is highly preferred.

• Experience in curriculum design, content creation, or academic mentorship is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Part-time, flexible schedule to accommodate students across different time zones.

• Availability during evenings or weekends may be required depending on student needs.
