Global MNC Tech is seeking a motivated and professional Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and customer-facing support during weekends. This role is critical in ensuring smooth front desk operations, creating a welcoming environment for visitors, and supporting our internal teams with administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence, redirecting them as necessary.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

  • Assist with scheduling, appointment confirmations, and calendar management.

  • Handle basic administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure availability.

  • Support weekend events or special administrative requirements as needed.

  • Escalate any security, safety, or operational concerns to management promptly.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

Experience

  • Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service roles preferred.

Working Hours

  • Part-time, weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).

  • Shift hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexible to accommodate specific business needs).
