Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking highly motivated and responsible individuals for the position of Evening Part-Time Delivery Executive for Zepto/Blinkit operations. Key Responsibilities

• Pick up customer orders from Zepto/Blinkit stores and ensure timely delivery to the specified addresses.

• Maintain the quality and integrity of products during transportation.

• Navigate efficiently to optimize delivery routes using GPS and company tools.

• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries or concerns in a polite and professional manner.

• Adhere strictly to traffic rules, safety regulations, and company guidelines.

• Maintain proper records of deliveries, returns, and any discrepancies.

• Report any operational issues, delays, or customer complaints to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Must have a valid driving license (two-wheeler or four-wheeler as applicable).

• Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions.

• Basic smartphone proficiency to use delivery apps effectively.

• Good communication skills in English or local language.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple deliveries in a timely manner.

Experience

• Previous delivery experience in grocery, food, or e-commerce sectors is preferred but not mandatory.

• Familiarity with Zepto/Blinkit delivery operations is a plus.

Working Hours

• Evening shifts, typically from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, with some flexibility depending on delivery demand.
