Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Operator to join our team during night hours. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data in our systems while ensuring high levels of data integrity. This role is critical for supporting our operations, enabling timely decision-making, and ensuring smooth business processes across global functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately input and update information into company databases and systems.

• Verify the accuracy of data and identify discrepancies or errors for correction.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

• Generate periodic reports and summaries as required by management.

• Assist in organizing, categorizing, and maintaining digital and physical records.

• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and maintain workflow efficiency.

• Follow standard operating procedures and company guidelines for data handling.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.

• Strong typing speed with high accuracy (minimum 35–40 WPM).

• Basic knowledge of data entry software and database management.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to strict data protocols.

Experience

• Prior experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative support is preferred.

• Experience working in night shifts or flexible schedules is an advantage.

Working Hours

• Night shift: Typically 10:00 PM to 4:00 AM (part-time, 20–25 hours per week).

• Flexible scheduling may be considered for suitable candidates.
