Global MNC Tech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven WhatsApp Sales Executive proficient in Kannada and English to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through WhatsApp and digital channels, building strong customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service. Key Responsibilities

  • Actively engage with potential and existing customers via WhatsApp, responding promptly to inquiries and providing product/service information.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.

  • Convert leads into sales while consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activity, customer interactions, and lead management using CRM tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaigns and promotional activities.

  • Provide feedback from customers to management for continuous improvement of products, services, and processes.

  • Handle customer objections professionally and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices in digital sales.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Kannada and English (both spoken and written) is mandatory.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Basic understanding of digital communication tools, social media, and CRM platforms.

  • Persuasive, confident, and motivated with a results-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, digital sales, or customer engagement roles is preferred.

  • Experience in WhatsApp marketing, lead generation, or direct customer sales is a plus.

  • Familiarity with B2C or B2B sales processes will be advantageous.


Working Hours

  • Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility to adjust hours based on customer engagement and sales campaigns may be required.
