Global MNC Tech, a leading multinational technology firm, is seeking a highly motivated Back Office Customer Expert to join our international operations team. This role focuses on delivering exceptional support for our global clients by managing back-office processes efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of ensuring smooth resolution of customer inquiries while maintaining compliance with international standards.

Handle and process international customer queries and requests with accuracy and efficiency.
Manage back-office operations including data entry, document verification, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, IT) to resolve customer issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and process updates.
Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.
Generate reports and provide insights on customer trends and operational performance.
Support the onboarding and training of new team members as required.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high accuracy and quality standards.
Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.
Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in back-office operations, customer support, or related roles.
Experience in international customer handling or global process operations is highly desirable.
Familiarity with workflow management, process documentation, and compliance standards is an advantage.
