Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone.

  • Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback for product/service improvement.

  • Identify trends and customer pain points to suggest proactive solutions.

  • Maintain deep knowledge of company products, promotions, and policies.

  • Uphold company standards for customer service excellence and brand representation.


Required Skills and Qualifications

Experience

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within gaming, e-commerce, or tech support.

  • Prior experience in remote work or digital communication platforms is highly preferred.


Working Hours

  • Flexible remote schedule with potential for shift rotations, including evenings and weekends to accommodate global customers.

  • Full-time (40 hours per week) with the possibility of part-time or customized schedules for exceptional candidates.
