Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.

  • Conduct virtual interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys online presence and talent appeal.

  • Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in virtual or remote recruitment, preferably in a multinational technology environment.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.


Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in remote/virtual recruiting.

  • Experience recruiting across multiple functions (IT, Sales, Operations, etc.) is highly desirable.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time remote role

  • Flexible schedule with core working hours to coordinate with global teams (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM in your local time zone, with occasional meetings across different time zones).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern sourcing techniques.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate fit and process improvements.

  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain productivity in a virtual environment.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills to foster trust with candidates and internal stakeholders.
