Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Virtual HR Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates.
Conduct virtual interviews and assessments, providing timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Support employer branding initiatives to enhance the companys online presence and talent appeal.
Analyze recruitment metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment technologies, and best practices.
Proven experience in virtual or remote recruitment, preferably in a multinational technology environment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS systems, and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, GitHub, etc.).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 1 year in remote/virtual recruiting.
Experience recruiting across multiple functions (IT, Sales, Operations, etc.) is highly desirable.
Full-time remote role
Flexible schedule with core working hours to coordinate with global teams (typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM in your local time zone, with occasional meetings across different time zones).
Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and modern sourcing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS/ATS platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess candidate fit and process improvements.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain productivity in a virtual environment.
