Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled NLP Specialist to join our Conversational AI and Large Language Model (LLM) team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in natural language processing, machine learning, and deep learning, with hands-on experience in building, fine-tuning, and deploying state-of-the-art LLMs for enterprise applications. You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, designing AI systems that power cutting-edge conversational agents, chatbots, and intelligent automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize NLP models, including transformer-based LLMs, for conversational AI applications.

• Fine-tune and deploy large language models to meet specific business requirements across multiple domains.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate NLP solutions into production systems.

• Analyze, preprocess, and annotate large datasets to improve model performance.

• Implement and maintain evaluation metrics to assess model quality, bias, and performance.

• Research and prototype emerging NLP technologies to keep the organization at the forefront of AI innovation.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance NLP pipelines to improve scalability, reliability, and efficiency.

• Document methodologies, processes, and model specifications for internal knowledge sharing and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, with experience using frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers.

• Solid understanding of NLP concepts including tokenization, embeddings, sequence modeling, attention mechanisms, and language generation.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and conversational AI systems.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for deploying AI/ML models at scale.

• Knowledge of data preprocessing, cleaning, and feature extraction techniques for NLP.

• Experience with evaluation metrics for NLP tasks such as BLEU, ROUGE, F1, and perplexity.

• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.

Experience:

• 3–7 years of professional experience in NLP, AI, or machine learning.

• Hands-on experience developing, deploying, and fine-tuning transformer-based models (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5).

• Prior experience working on conversational AI, chatbots, or intelligent virtual assistants is highly preferred.

Working Hours:

• Standard full-time hours, flexible working arrangements available.
