Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Principal Machine Learning Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions within our Central AI Architecture team. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level machine learning models and AI systems.

• Define and implement best practices for scalable AI architecture, model lifecycle management, and MLOps pipelines.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineering, product management, and research scientists to translate business problems into AI-driven solutions.

• Conduct rigorous model evaluation, performance optimization, and algorithmic innovation to ensure high accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.

• Mentor and guide junior and senior ML engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.

• Stay at the forefront of AI/ML research trends, evaluating new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI architecture, model design, and deployment standards.

• Drive strategic AI initiatives and provide technical leadership to influence product roadmaps and business decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in machine learning, deep learning, and AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).

• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++ with experience in building production-grade ML systems.

• Expertise in cloud-based AI/ML services (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP AI Platform) and scalable architecture design.

• Proven experience with MLOps practices, model deployment, and monitoring in large-scale environments.

• Solid understanding of data pipelines, feature engineering, and big data processing technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to drive complex technical projects to completion.

• Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with experience mentoring technical teams.

• Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or related fields preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 8–12 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields.

• Demonstrated experience leading AI/ML initiatives in a large-scale enterprise or global tech environment.

• Track record of designing and deploying production ML models that deliver measurable business impact.

Working Hours
