Global MNC Tech, a leader in innovative healthcare technology solutions, is seeking a talented Computer Vision Engineer to join our HealthTech division. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in computer vision, machine learning, and image analysis to develop cutting-edge solutions for medical imaging, diagnostics, and patient care. Design, develop, and deploy computer vision models for medical imaging and health data analysis.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, software engineers, and clinical experts to integrate computer vision solutions into scalable products.
Optimize algorithms for performance, accuracy, and efficiency in real-world healthcare environments.
Analyze and preprocess large datasets, ensuring high-quality input for model training and evaluation.
Conduct research and implement state-of-the-art computer vision techniques, staying current with industry trends and innovations.
Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of engineering practices.
Document model architecture, training pipelines, and evaluation metrics to ensure reproducibility and compliance with healthcare regulations.
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
Strong expertise in computer vision, deep learning, and machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV.
Proficiency in Python and experience with scientific computing libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy).
Hands-on experience with medical imaging modalities such as MRI, CT, X-ray, or ultrasound.
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deployment of ML models in production.
Knowledge of image annotation tools and data labeling processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in computer vision or machine learning roles, preferably in healthcare or medical imaging applications.
Proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models in real-world applications.
Experience in handling large-scale datasets and implementing performance optimization techniques.
Full-time position, standard working hours (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
Flexibility for remote collaboration or hybrid work arrangements depending on project requirements.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills with an ability to translate complex medical problems into computational models.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
