Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our advanced Autonomous Vehicles (AV) and Robotics team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize AI and machine learning models that power perception, decision-making, and robotics control pipelines. Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms for autonomous perception, navigation, and robotics control.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, robotics specialists, and product managers to integrate ML models into AV pipelines.
Design and optimize end-to-end ML workflows for real-time robotics and AV applications.
Analyze large-scale datasets from sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras) and robotics systems to improve model performance.
Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to practical AV and robotics challenges.
Ensure models are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance on embedded hardware platforms.
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in ML and robotics engineering best practices.
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and provide documentation for AI/ML systems.
Advanced degree (MSc/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.).
Deep knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, robotics, and deep learning algorithms.
Experience in designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML models for real-time applications.
Strong understanding of AV pipelines, SLAM, motion planning, and control systems.
Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, robotics, or autonomous systems.
Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production, ideally within AV, robotics, or related industries.
Hands-on experience with large datasets, real-time processing, and sensor integration.
Full-time role (40–45 hours/week).
