Job Summary:

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our advanced Autonomous Vehicles (AV) and Robotics team. The successful candidate will design, develop, and optimize AI and machine learning models that power perception, decision-making, and robotics control pipelines. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement state-of-the-art AI/ML algorithms for autonomous perception, navigation, and robotics control.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, robotics specialists, and product managers to integrate ML models into AV pipelines.

• Design and optimize end-to-end ML workflows for real-time robotics and AV applications.

• Analyze large-scale datasets from sensors (LiDAR, radar, cameras) and robotics systems to improve model performance.

• Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies and apply them to practical AV and robotics challenges.

• Ensure models are robust, scalable, and optimized for performance on embedded hardware platforms.

• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance in ML and robotics engineering best practices.

• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and provide documentation for AI/ML systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.

• Strong programming skills in Python, C++, and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX, etc.).

• Deep knowledge of computer vision, sensor fusion, robotics, and deep learning algorithms.

• Experience in designing, training, and deploying large-scale ML models for real-time applications.

• Strong understanding of AV pipelines, SLAM, motion planning, and control systems.

• Solid knowledge of software engineering principles, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML development, robotics, or autonomous systems.

• Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models in production, ideally within AV, robotics, or related industries.

• Hands-on experience with large datasets, real-time processing, and sensor integration.

Working Hours:

• Full-time role (40–45 hours/week).

• Flexible and hybrid work options available depending on team and project needs.

• Occasional travel may be required for collaboration with global teams and project testing.
