Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and unstructured data.

• Collaborate with analytics and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective data solutions.

• Build and optimize data models, ensuring high performance, quality, and maintainability.

• Implement and maintain data governance and data quality frameworks.

• Support the design and deployment of analytics platforms and tools that enable self-service analytics and reporting.

• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance across projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Python, SQL, and ETL frameworks.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Deep understanding of data warehousing concepts and modern data architectures.

• Proficiency in data modeling, pipeline orchestration, and workflow automation.

• Hands-on experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).

• Knowledge of analytics tools and frameworks such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Ability to write efficient, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related fields.

• Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, production-grade data solutions.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver data-driven insights.

Working Hours

• Full-time role with standard office hours; flexibility available for remote or hybrid collaboration based on team needs.
