Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Consultative Accountant (PJ) with a strong focus on company formation, MEI registration, and advisory services. This role is ideal for an experienced accounting professional who thrives in a consultative environment and enjoys guiding entrepreneurs, startups, and small businesses through the legal, fiscal, and regulatory aspects of opening and structuring companies in Brazil.

The successful candidate will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance, optimizing tax structures, and supporting clients from the initial business setup through ongoing accounting and fiscal needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end consultative support for company formation, including MEI, Microenterprise (ME), and Small Business (EPP) registrations.

• Advise clients on the most appropriate legal structure and tax regime based on business activity and growth plans.

• Manage registration processes with government bodies, including Receita Federal, Junta Comercial, municipal and state authorities.

• Support clients with MEI onboarding, monthly obligations, DAS payments, and annual declarations.

• Deliver accounting and fiscal guidance aligned with Brazilian legislation and best practices.

• Review and ensure compliance with tax, labor, and social security obligations.

• Act as a primary point of contact for client queries related to accounting, tax, and regulatory matters.

• Prepare and review documentation, reports, and advisory notes for clients.

• Stay updated on changes in Brazilian accounting, tax, and business regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Active CRC (Regional Accounting Council) registration.

• Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation, especially for MEI, ME, and EPP.

• Proven consultative and client-facing skills.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese fluency required; bilingual is a strong advantage).

• High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities.

• Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively.

Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in accounting, with a strong focus on company formation and MEI advisory.

• Demonstrated experience working as a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) or in a consulting/accounting firm environment.

• Hands-on experience with business registration, tax compliance, and advisory services.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours under a PJ (contractor) model.

• Monday to Friday, aligned with business needs and client schedules.

• Remote or hybrid work model, depending on project requirements.
