Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual AI Trainer (Treinador de IA) to support advanced Large Language Model (LLM) projects on a freelance, project-based basis. In this role, you will contribute directly to the development, evaluation, and refinement of AI models by creating, annotating, and validating high-quality bilingual data. This position is ideal for language experts, educators, linguists, or tech-savvy professionals who are passionate about artificial intelligence and natural language processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Train, evaluate, and fine-tune Large Language Models using bilingual data (English and Portuguese).

• Create, review, and annotate text datasets to improve AI language understanding and response quality.

• Write, edit, and validate prompts, responses, and conversational scenarios for AI systems.

• Identify errors, biases, and inconsistencies in AI outputs and provide corrective feedback.

• Ensure linguistic accuracy, cultural relevance, and contextual appropriateness in both languages.

• Collaborate with AI engineers, data scientists, and project managers to meet project goals.

• Follow data quality standards, project guidelines, and confidentiality requirements.

• Meet project deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy and consistency.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

• Strong understanding of grammar, semantics, and language nuances in both languages.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, relevance, and tone.

• Strong written communication and attention to detail.

• Comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance environment.

• Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or NLP concepts is an advantage.

Experience

• Prior experience in content writing, translation, localization, linguistics, education, AI training, or data annotation is preferred.

• Experience working with AI tools, chatbots, or language models is a strong plus.

• Freelance or project-based experience in tech or language-related roles is desirable.

• Freshers with strong bilingual proficiency and interest in AI may also be considered.
