Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly skilled and self-driven Full Stack Developer (React/Node) to join our distributed technology team. This is a 100% remote (Home Office) opportunity under a PJ (Pessoa Jurídica) contract, ideal for professionals who thrive in agile environments and enjoy building scalable, high-performance web applications.

As a Full Stack Developer, you will work across the entire application lifecycle, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver innovative digital solutions for global clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using React.js and Node.js

• Build reusable front-end components and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability

• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services

• Integrate third-party APIs, databases, and cloud services

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features

• Ensure application security, performance, and data protection best practices

• Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architecture decisions

• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems

• Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and tools

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript

• Hands-on experience with React.js (Hooks, Context API, state management)

• Solid backend development experience with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS

• Experience with RESTful APIs and JSON-based services

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end practices

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)

• Familiarity with Git and version control workflows

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setup

• Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role

• Proven experience delivering production-ready web applications

• Experience working in agile/scrum environments

• Prior experience working with international or distributed teams is a plus
