Job Description

We are looking for a fast-paced, highly responsive WhatsApp Customer Support VA to manage high-volume property inquiries for a leading Dubai Real Estate Agency. In the UAE, WhatsApp is the primary tool for property transactions. You will be the first point of contact for potential tenants and buyers, providing instant information, qualifying leads, and ensuring a professional first impression that leads to successful viewings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instant Lead Response: Respond to inquiries from Property Finder, Bayut, and social media ads via WhatsApp within a 5-minute window.

  • Lead Qualification: Ask pre-set qualifying questions (budget, move-in date, preferred location, family size) to filter high-quality leads for the sales agents.

  • Brochure & Media Sharing: Send property brochures, floor plans, and walk-through videos to interested clients instantly.


  • Viewing Coordination: Sync with the field agents calendars to schedule property viewings and send location pins to clients.


  • Database Updates: Log all WhatsApp interactions and lead details into the company CRM to ensure no follow-up is missed.

  • Broadcast Management: Execute targeted WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for new Off-Plan launches or price reductions.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1–2 years as a Virtual Assistant or Customer Support agent, ideally within the Real Estate or Hospitality sector.

  • Communication: Exceptional written English with a polite, professional, and sales-oriented tone.

  • Language Plus: Ability to type in Arabic or Russian is a huge advantage but not mandatory.

  • Speed: Ability to handle multiple chat windows simultaneously during peak hours without losing track of details.

  • UAE Market Knowledge: Basic understanding of Dubai geography (e.g., knowing where Dubai Hills is vs. Business Bay).

Technical Requirements:

  • WhatsApp Tools: Proficiency in WhatsApp Business API, or tools like Wati, Interakt, or Respond.io.

  • Connectivity: A stable, high-speed internet connection and a dedicated smartphone or desktop setup for WhatsApp Web.

  • CRM: Experience with Propertybase, Bitrix24, or HubSpot is preferred.


Work Details:

  • Location: 100% Remote (Must be available during UAE business hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM GST).

  • Schedule: 5–6 days a week (Weekend coverage may be required as real estate is active on Saturdays).

  • Compensation: Monthly base salary + Lead Conversion Bonus (paid when a lead you qualified results in a closed deal).

  • Equipment: Must have your own reliable laptop and high-speed internet.
