We are looking for a highly skilled Software Developer to join our fast-growing FinTech team based in the United Arab Emirates (Remote). In this role, you will be at the forefront of digital finance, building scalable, secure, and high-performance applications that handle real-time transactions and sensitive financial data. You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating with a world-class team to revolutionize the GCCs financial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feature Development: Design and implement robust, clean, and maintainable code for our core FinTech platform (Digital Wallets, Payment Gateways, or Investment Tools).

• API Integration: Develop and maintain secure APIs for seamless integration with regional banks, payment processors, and third-party financial services.

• Security & Compliance: Implement industry-standard security protocols (PCI-DSS, OAuth 2.0) to ensure the highest level of data protection and regulatory compliance.

• Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions to optimize system performance and ensure low-latency transaction processing.

• Collaboration: Use agile methodologies to work with product managers and UX/UI designers, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

• Performance Tuning: Troubleshoot and resolve complex bottlenecks to maintain 99.9% system uptime during peak traffic.

Requirements:

• Experience: 4+ years of professional software development experience, preferably in FinTech, Banking, or high-volume E-commerce.

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.

• Language: Professional fluency in English. Arabic is a plus but not mandatory for this technical role.

• Residency: Must be a resident of the UAE (or willing to relocate) to align with regional data sovereignty and employment regulations.

Technical Stack:

• Backend: Proficiency in Node.js, Go, or Python (Django/FastAPI).

• Frontend: Experience with React.js or Vue.js for building responsive financial dashboards.

• Database: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).

• Infrastructure: Experience with AWS or Azure (specifically Middle East regions) and Docker/Kubernetes.

• Blockchain: Knowledge of Smart Contracts or Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) is a significant advantage.

Work Details:

• Location: 100% Remote (Must be based within the UAE time zone – GST).
