We are seeking a visionary Remote Product Manager to join our fast-growing SaaS startup. You will be the CEO of the Product, responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap while working closely with a distributed team of engineers, designers, and marketers. As an early member of our product team, you will have a massive influence on our culture and the future of our platform. Product Discovery: Conduct deep user research and data analysis to identify pain points and validate new feature ideas.
Roadmap Ownership: Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks like RICE or MoSCoW to balance quick wins with long-term strategic bets.
Agile Leadership: Write detailed PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories; lead sprint planning and grooming sessions.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work synchronously and asynchronously with engineering and design to ensure high-quality, timely releases.
GTM Strategy: Partner with Marketing and Sales to launch new features, develop positioning, and track adoption metrics.
Data-Driven Decisions: Define and monitor North Star metrics and KPIs (Churn, LTV, MAU) to measure product success.
Experience: 3+ years of Product Management experience, specifically in a B2B or B2C SaaS environment.
Startup DNA: Thrives in zero-to-one environments; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid pivoting.
Communication: Exceptional written communication skills (essential for a remote-first company).
Strategic Thinking: Ability to say no to good ideas to focus on the great ones.
Analytics: Proficiency in tools like Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Pendo.
Project Management: Mastery of Linear, Jira, or Notion.
Prototyping: Ability to navigate Figma to provide feedback and collaborate with designers.
Tech Literacy: Understanding of APIs, cloud infrastructure, and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
