Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Email Support Specialist to join our growing support operations team. This role is part of a non-voice process, where you will handle customer queries exclusively through email for UK-based clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service while working in a structured UK shift with fixed weekend offs.
Respond to customer queries and concerns via email in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Provide clear, well-structured, and grammatically correct written responses aligned with brand guidelines.
Investigate customer issues, identify root causes, and provide effective resolutions.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
Follow defined processes, SLAs, and quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve response quality and turnaround time.
Stay updated on product, process, and policy changes relevant to UK clients.
Excellent written English communication skills (grammar, spelling, and clarity are essential).
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and empathetic approach.
Ability to handle multiple email tickets efficiently while maintaining quality.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including email platforms and CRM/ticketing tools.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
0–4 years of experience in email support, customer support, or a non-voice BPO/KPO process.
Freshers with strong written communication skills and a customer-centric mindset are welcome to apply.
Prior experience supporting UK or international clients is an added advantage.
