Global MNC Tech is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused International Customer Support Executives to support our US-based clients. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, possess strong communication skills, and are comfortable working in a US shift environment. You will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring timely resolution of queries while maintaining high service quality standards.
Handle inbound and/or outbound customer interactions for US-based clients via voice, email, or chat support.
Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and ensure first-call resolution wherever possible.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Document all customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions accurately in CRM systems.
Follow established processes, scripts, and quality guidelines to meet service-level agreements (SLAs).
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when required.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, quality scores, and productivity metrics.
Stay updated with process knowledge, product updates, and compliance requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Good listening, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Willingness to work in US shifts (night shift as per IST).
Freshers are welcome to apply.
0–5 years of experience in International BPO / US customer support process is preferred.
Prior experience in voice-based US customer support will be an added advantage.
