Global MNC Tech is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to support the US Mortgage Process. This role is critical in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant entry of mortgage-related data into internal systems. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently during night shifts, and a clear understanding of US mortgage documentation and workflows. Accurately enter and update mortgage-related data into internal systems and client platforms.
Review, verify, and validate loan documents such as loan applications, disclosures, income documents, credit reports, and property details.
Ensure data accuracy and completeness in compliance with US mortgage guidelines and company quality standards.
Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate issues to the appropriate teams.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and borrower information.
Meet daily productivity and turnaround time (TAT) targets without compromising quality.
Collaborate with quality assurance, underwriting, and processing teams to resolve data-related issues.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process updates as required by clients.
Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
Basic to good understanding of the US mortgage process and terminology.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Basic communication skills in English (written and verbal).
0–3 years of experience in data entry, back-office operations, or mortgage processing.
Prior experience in the US Mortgage domain (data entry, processing, underwriting support, or QC) is preferred.
Freshers with relevant training or certification in US Mortgage processes may also be considered.
Night Shift (US Time Zones)
Fixed night shift with rotational weekly offs, as per business requirements.
Knowledge of US mortgage loan life cycle (origination to closing is a plus).
Ability to follow detailed instructions and process-driven workflows.
High level of integrity and data confidentiality.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
