Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented US Logistics Coordinator / Dispatcher to manage and coordinate transportation operations for our US-based clients. This role is critical to ensuring timely pickup, delivery, and efficient movement of goods while maintaining clear communication with drivers, carriers, and customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the flexibility to work in a night shift aligned with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for pickups and deliveries across US routes.

• Monitor shipments, track vehicles, and ensure on-time delivery of freight.

• Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, brokers, and customers via phone, email, and dispatch systems.

• Plan routes and schedules to optimize efficiency, cost, and service levels.

• Handle load confirmations, delivery updates, and issue resolution in real time.

• Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, shipment status, and documentation.

• Proactively manage delays, breakdowns, or route changes and provide timely updates to stakeholders.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and US transportation regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Familiarity with logistics, transportation, or dispatch software is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics coordination, dispatching, transportation, or supply chain operations.

• Experience handling US logistics, trucking, or freight operations is highly preferred.

• Freshers with excellent English communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Working Hours

• Night Shift aligned with US time zones (EST/CST/PST as required).

• 5 days a week with rotational weekends if business demands.
