Job Summary

Global MNC Tech is seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to join our growing US Real Estate Sales team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are motivated by performance-based earnings. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will engage with US-based clients, generate and qualify leads, build strong customer relationships, and close deals while earning uncapped commissions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound and inbound sales calls to prospective US real estate clients.

  • Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and CRM systems.

  • Present real estate products and services clearly and persuasively to US customers.

  • Understand client requirements and recommend suitable real estate solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth deal closures and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on US real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor offerings.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

  • Confidence in handling US clients over phone and virtual platforms.

  • Ability to work with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a strong drive to earn high commissions.

  • Good listening skills and customer-focused approach.


Experience

  • 1–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Telesales, or Real Estate Sales.

  • Prior experience in US Real Estate sales or international voice process is highly preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.


Working Hours

  • US Shift (Night Shift – EST/PST time zones)

  • 5 days working with rotational or fixed weekly offs (as per business requirements).


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of US real estate processes, terminology, and sales cycles is an advantage.

  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.

  • Strong time management and multitasking skills.

  • High level of professionalism and work ethics.

  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
